About the Authors

Brian and Terrah are busy parents, business owners and community volunteers who have struggled with weight loss just like everyone else.

Their weight seemed to go up and down with little influence from dieting and exercise. Over time they’ve discovered tricks that helped them to get control over their body weight fluctuations, losing a combined 100 pounds. Further efforts enabled them to become even more successful at weight loss even while adding their favorite “guilt” foods back into their diets while maintaining their desired weight. Neither have formal training in weight loss, just real world experience to know what works.
Brian grew up enjoying organized sports from the age of 7 and weight lifting as early as 10. Even though he was very active with football, baseball, weight lifting, wrestling, soccer, Tae Kwon Do and Track, he found himself overweight at the end of high school. His love for his favorite foods conflicted with the ideal body image he had in his head. Being used to charting his own exercise routines and eating whatever he wanted, he knew he had to take an independent approach. So in his efforts to lose the weight he watched but avoided all the popular diets, meal plans, pills and fitness equipment he saw on TV.

Along the way he discovered the tricks necessary to lose weight that were often kept secret by the weight loss industry.

He lost almost 60 pounds and kept it off without spending all day in a gym, buying expensive diet food or taking fat burning pills. And he was still able to eat his favorite foods.
Terrah was a book worm in school, so she didn’t have much time for organized sports. In college she tried dance classes and yoga, but soon found herself with several medical setbacks that made it very difficult to exercise without tremendous pain. After getting married, Terrah and Brian worked together on their weight loss efforts. Their collaboration helped Terrah to quickly lose 45 pounds after a pregnancy. She discovered how to juggle several businesses, home schooling their kids and chores while still staying in great shape.
One day they realized what they had developed for themselves was something special, simple and unique. They wanted to share their knowledge to help others break the endless cycle of weight loss and weight gain.

So drawing from their experiences they have compiled these tricks to lose weight and keep it off all while still enjoying Pizzas, Cheese Burgers, Chinese Food, Pastas, Chocolate, etc.
